What Open Query collects when you contact us, and how that information is used.
This policy covers openquery.com and related Open Query contact channels.
What we collect
- Enquiry data you send to learn@openquery.com or other addresses we publish: name, email, company, and the content of your message.
- Server logs typical of a static site host (IP, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security and diagnostics. Retention follows the host’s defaults unless a longer window is required for an incident.
- No account system on this site. We do not run end-user logins or store payment card data on openquery.com.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and deliver agreed consulting, mentoring, or training work
- To secure the site and investigate abuse
- We do not sell personal information
Sharing
We use processors only as needed to operate email and hosting. Client project data under a separate engagement follows that engagement’s contract, not this page alone.
