It has recently occurred to me that far too few people know about MySQL, MariaDB, and other online database systems. I can’t blame you, once upon a time I had no idea what these words meant either (can you even call them words?).
That’s why I created Open Query. I’m Albert Niall, and I want people to make the most out of their online presence and use it to their advantage. After all, what else is the internet for?
Don’t answer that…
Here at Open Query I want to make it as easy as possible for you to learn about topics that might not be easily accessible elsewhere online. I don’t know about you, but I haven’t seen many other websites talking about the MariaDB Foundation and its updates.
That’s what makes Open Query truly unique. While others might assume everyone knows this information already automatically, I am filling my online resource to help.
I know that this information doesn’t come naturally to everybody, so instead of leaving you feeling isolated and confused, I am collating niche information to support the process of learning about online databases and surrounding topics.
We’re in this together - let’s finally understand the things that have eluded us for so many years!
