MySQL Query Performance Analysis and Tuning (AUD 575 + GST)
This day teaches you how to decode EXPLAIN, SHOW STATUS, and the slow query log (among other things ), to find slow queries, work out why they're slow, and either change the query, tweak the schema, or in some cases tweak local settings in a connection to make it faster.
